According to this FAQ, you can submit films in deviantart, though I'm not sure if Quicktime/Mov files do work, maybe you'd have to export the animations to mp4 instead.
Anyway, you need to join the film community in order to submit a film.
Can't say too much on the subject or how it works since I didn't get any reply yet (and unfortunately, it seems to take usually a month
).
